Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of the team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Develop and execute strategies to increase business growth through cross-selling and upselling of products such as Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans, and other financial services - PL, BL, HI, LI Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for their housing finance requirements.
