Assistant Security Officer

Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a disciplined and vigilant Assistant Security Officer, preferably an Ex-Serviceman, to support and enhance our organizational security. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in security operations, leadership, and crisis management, along with proficiency in multiple languages ( English , Hindi , Tamil ) to communicate effectively across a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine security patrols and ensure safety of premises, personnel, and property Supervise and guide security staff during shifts Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, report suspicious activities or breaches Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Maintain logs and write detailed incident reports Communicate security procedures clearly in multiple languages to staff and visitors Train junior guards and ensure adherence to security protocols Key Skills: Security Operations & Emergency Response Strong situational awareness and quick decision-making under pressure Multi-Language Communication Ability to speak and understand [list languages, e.g., Hindi, English, Tamil, etc.] to engage effectively with diverse teams Leadership & Discipline Military-grade discipline, team supervision, and integrity in enforcing security measures Qualifications: Ex-Serviceman from Armed Forces/Paramilitary/Police preferred Minimum 10th or 12th pass (additional training/certification in security is a plus) Working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations Experience in handling access control systems, CCTV, and emergency response Role: Security Services - Other Industry Type: Law Enforcement / Security Services Department: Security Services Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Security Services - Other Education UG: Graduation Not Required Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Communication Skills Team HandlingSituationalSituational Awareness and Quick ResponseSurveillanceMonitoring
