Job description JD - Maintenance Executive || Retail Stores Location HO, Gurugram Experience Minimum 3-4 years in retail stores maintenance Issue Resolution: Address maintenance requests from the store team. Arrange local technicians/vendors for repair tasks and ensure timely resolution. Cost Negotiation: Knowledge of market rates for maintenance services and materials. Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective and quality service. Timely Execution: Plan and execute tasks to meet deadlines. Follow up with technicians and vendors to ensure progress and closure. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to meet company standards. Resolve deficiencies for smooth store operations. Record Keeping: Maintain logs of requests, vendor details, and task status. Share regular updates and images with management. Ensure timely reimbursement filing and maintain proper records of vendor payments. TAT Compliance: Ensure all complaints are closed within the defined turnaround time (TAT). Working Conditions Travel to store locations as required.
