Job description Experience Required: 9 to 15 Years Work Location: Bengaluru / Kochi Work Mode: Hybrid Key Skills: Project Management, Project Delivery, Agile/Waterfall, MDM/ETL, Data Quality Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing Master Data Management (MDM) and ETL projects, particularly within the life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee execution while managing risks and interdependencies with upstream and downstream applications. MDM & ETL Expertise: Lead MDM and ETL initiatives, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction through regular updates and engagement. Project Methodologies: Apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience with tools like JIRA is preferred. Leadership & Communication: Lead and motivate project teams, communicate progress, and escalate key decisions, risks, and opportunities to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields (BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc). 9+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on MDM and ETL projects in the life sciences sector. PMP certification is preferred. Hands-on experience in data integration projects and managing complex project interdependencies. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
