Responsibilities: Provide clear and accurate communication between parties Manage call flow, ensuring seamless connections and minimal disruptions Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
