Job description 1. Handle daily online technical service requests, close problems in an E2E manner, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction. 2. Routine maintenance plan execution, change operations, and network inspection 3. Perform proactive maintenance actions, update emergency plans, close network risks, and update licenses. 3. Have the technical capability of a single product; Be proficient in using IT tools and platforms. 4.
