Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance the functionality of the applications you support. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business processes and ensuring user satisfaction through effective support and communication. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procure to Pay.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud applications.- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex software issues.- Familiarity with database management and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.- Experience in troubleshooting and providing support for enterprise applications. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procure to Pay.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
