Publisher Partnerships / Growth Manager (Supply)

Job description Were looking for a hunter-minded BD professional with 2 + years experience driving supply-side growth for mobile ad-tech (offerwall, rewarded ads, survey monetization). You’ll identify high-potential game & non-game apps, own the sales cycle from cold outreach to contract close, and serve as the technical point of contact through in-app integrations. Post-launch, you’ll analyze ARPDAU, retention and policy compliance, delivering data-backed recommendations that maximize revenue for both sides. -You'll be integrating our in app survey monetization platform- more details will be disclosed later REQUIREMENTS: 1.Domain expertise• 2-5 yrs working with offerwalls / survey monetization at Tapjoy, ironSource, AdGate, Pollfish, Mistplay, Swagbucks, or other companies with similar background in rewarded user domain/ If not this must be from a game industry background who understands monetization 2.Technical fluency• Understands integration paths SDK+iFrames and privacy tech (GAID hashing). +Understands google policies very well! 3.Commercial chops• Quota-carrying BD or sales background, proven to hit monthly net-new revenue / DAU targets.
