Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations to help us build a strong, people-first culture. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews. Maintain HR records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files. Assist with payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation. Handle employee queries and grievances professionally. Support HR policy development and enforcement in alignment with company goals. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internships may also apply). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.) is a plus.
