Outbound Operations Executive

Job description Handle inbound leads, understand client requirements, and suggest suitable outbound tour packages. Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and detailed proposals for clients. Book flights, hotels, and other travel components, coordinate with international vendors (DMCs, hotels, transporters), and ensure smooth tour operations. Assist with visa processing and documentation. Provide support during travel, resolve any issues, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Stay updated on travel trends, travel advisories, visa policies, and destination information. Work effectively with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
