Job description Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end sea freight operations for import and export shipments. Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, CFS, CHA, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely booking of shipments and monitor cargo movement. Should have Knowledge of all Carrier portals ,Inttra, Odex and Bharat Trade Portals Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients. Ensure adherence to compliance, customs regulations, and internal SOPs. Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and other operational metrics. Resolve any issues related to shipment delays, documentation, or discrepancies. Liaise with internal departments such as sales, customer service, CFS Team for seamless operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in any stream. 23 years of experience in sea freight operations in a freight forwarding company. Strong understanding of shipping documentation and INCOTERMS. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software/systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of import/export compliance and customs procedures. Experience in handling both FCL and LCL shipments.
