Experience: Minimum 10 plus Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Finance Specialist with strong exposure to national and international trade finance operations, particularly within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of various trade finance instruments and platforms and must possess robust relationships within the banking and financial ecosystem. Must be able to raise fund and manage through national and international bank transaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute trade finance operations, including: - Invoice Discounting - Purchase Bill Discounting - Export Factoring - Vendor Financing - Trade Receivables Discounting Handle financing through government-backed and digital platforms like TReDS Portal (e.g., RXIL, M1xchange, Invoicemart). Develop and manage end-to-end documentation and compliance for domestic and international trade finance transactions. Act as a liaison between the company and banks/financial institutions to secure and optimize funding for trade receivables. Structure innovative trade finance solutions to support vendors, distributors, and international partners. Monitor and ensure the timely disbursal and settlement of finance instruments. Develop, maintain, and expand a strong network of banking partners and financial institutions. Stay updated with RBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, and other relevant trade finance laws applicable in domestic and international transactions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Sales) to align financial solutions with business objectives. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance, preferably in the FMCG or trading industry. Strong exposure to banking products related to trade finance. Familiarity with international trade compliance and export/import financing regulations. Excellent relationships with banks/NBFCs, and ability to leverage those relationships for efficient financing solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using trade finance portals and ERP systems. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling multi-currency transactions and cross-border trade finance. Working knowledge of SWIFT, LC, BG, and other traditional trade finance instruments. Prior exposure to TReDS and other digital discounting platforms. Raise and process funds through banks and financial institutions, ensuring efficient handling and timely availability of capital.
