Job description Job Title: MERN Stack Developer Experience : 2 to 4 years Location : Bangalore We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver efficient software solutions. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Requirements Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). In-depth experience with React.js and state management libraries like Redux, Context API. Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles. Backend: Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js framework. Understanding of middleware, routing, and authentication strategies (e.g., JWT, OAuth). Database: Experience working with MongoDB, including aggregation, schema design, and indexing. DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitHub). Basic understanding of unit testing frameworks.
