Our team of multi-domain experts has successfully delivered national priority strategic engagements, providing guidance and insights to central and state governments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and multilateral institutions Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Team Lead) to lead and manage consultancy and transaction advisory assignments across large-scale industrial, urban, and infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, leadership, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for industrial, urban, and infrastructure development assignments. Oversee feasibility studies, master planning, policy formulation, and transaction advisory services. Coordinate with government bodies, private stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and quality parameters. Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Provide strategic inputs for project structuring, financial modeling, and risk assessment. Mentor and manage a team of planners, analysts, and consultants. Represent the organization in high-level meetings, workshops, and conferences. Educational Qualifications: MBA / PGDM (preferably with specialization in Infrastructure, Urban Management, or Finance) or Master’s in Planning (Urban/Regional/Infrastructure Planning or related fields) Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in consultancy or transaction advisory roles.
