Barista Trainee

Job description Key Responsibilities: Learn to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards. Assist senior baristas with daily operations, including grinding beans, steaming milk, and brewing espresso. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and caf area. Handle cash and operate the POS system as trained. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage handling. Participate in training sessions to improve coffee-making and customer service skills. Restock supplies and inventory as needed. Support team members to ensure smooth store operations.
