Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. Support the team in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media. Screen resumes and application forms. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. Help in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS). Participate in resume reviews and candidate assessments. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team. Learn and understand ProArchs culture and hiring needs.
