Job description Job Description: Telesales Executive Saving Account Opening Location: Turbhe Navi Mumbai Client: Unity Small Finance Bank Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and assist in opening savings accounts. Clearly explain the benefits and features of savings accounts. Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate information. Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems. Requirements: Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream) Experience: min 6 months in Banking, NBFC, or BPO telesales preferred Skills: Excellent verbal communication Sales-oriented mindset Basic computer knowledge Compensation & Benefits: CTC: Up to 24,000 per month Incentives: Up to 7,000 per month based on performance Shift: Rotational shifts (Sunday fixed off) Why Join Us?
