Touchstone Educationals LLP is looking for a skilled and dedicated Ielts Counsellor to join our team. As an Ielts Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This role requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Patiala, Punjab, India and the employment type is Full-Time. Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam and its requirements. Experience in conducting IELTS training and counseling sessions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in English language. Prior experience in the education industry is preferred. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as per the students' availability. Knowledge of Canadian and Australian education systems is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities. Provide expert guidance and counseling to individuals interested in studying abroad, specifically in Canada and Australia. Assist students in understanding the IELTS exam, including test format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and identify areas for improvement. Develop tailored study plans and recommend appropriate study materials to help students achieve their desired IELTS scores. Monitor students' progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout their IELTS preparation journey. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in IELTS exam patterns and ensure that students are well-informed. Coordinate with the admissions team to assist students with the application process for universities and colleges abroad. Maintain accurate records of students' progress, counseling sessions, and application status. Participate in marketing activities and represent the company at education fairs and other promotional events.
