Job description Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Compensation). Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations. Design, build, and test Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI. Configure Workday business processes, security roles, and custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite). Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure proper implementation and adoption. Support Workday implementation projects including data migration, go-live, and post-production support. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements. Provide training and documentation for end-users and internal teams. Stay current with Workday releases and assess potential impacts on existing processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in a techno-functional Workday role. Proven experience with at least two Workday modules. Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors). Experience with Workday reporting tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Prism preferred). Solid understanding of HR or Finance business processes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
