Job description Job Description: Laravel PHP Developer Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-TimeWere looking for a Laravel PHP Developer to join our development team. Youll work on both new and legacy systems, helping us evolve our platform, implement new features, and optimize performance for thousands of active users. What Youll Do Develop and maintain backend systems using Laravel PHP, primarily working with Eloquent, Blade, Queues, and Jobs. Collaborate with front-end developers and designersexperience with Vue.js is a big plus. Manage and improve MySQL databases and write optimized queries. Contribute to deployment processes and work with GitLab pipelines. Participate in planning and sprint ceremonies via Slack and YouTrack. Help document systems and contribute to architectural improvements. Communicate proactively with your team to deliver quality results on time. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience as a PHP developer, including solid Laravel experience. Proficient in Laravel features: Eloquent ORM, Queues, Blade templating, Artisan CLI. Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database design. Familiarity with version control and CI/CD workflows (GitLab). Bonus: Experience with Vue.js or front-end development basics. You’re comfortable navigating both new codebases and legacy systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
