PMS Operations

Job description Role & responsibilities: Managing PMS Operations & related Client Servicing aspects of the job Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e. Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Alternate Asset class (AIF) etc. Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan (Fixed & variable). Operations activities such as client activation, redemptions, Corporate Actions, trade allocation/reporting and settlement, client reporting, day end processing etc. Various reconciliations (Bank, Stock etc). Identifying additional systems requirement & working with vendors to test the systems deployed. Handling audit queries. MIS reporting to management. Through knowledge of NAV Calculation. Ensuring & following compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting, Returns computation as per guidelines Preferred candidate profile: Should have a good understanding of products across asset class. Strong process orientation & execution skills. Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems. Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Should have good people management skill.
