Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of at least four years in managing retail operations, specifically dark store or warehouse management. Extensive knowledge of quick commerce and last mile delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control principles. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and digital inventory management systems. Demonstrated ability in leading and motivating a diverse team towards achieving performance targets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in planning and executing efficient store operations. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, managers, and external partners.
