Job description Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB. Contribute to frontend development when required, preferably using React.js or similar frameworks (MERN Stack). Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with frontend developers for smooth data flow and seamless UI/UX. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability. Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and security. Implement microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold best coding practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest continuous improvements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of strong backend development experience. Proficiency with backend languages and frameworks : Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Working knowledge of frontend technologies like React.js or similar. In-depth experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, Redis. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and third-party integrations. Understanding of microservices architecture and API-first development. Strong grasp of Git and version control best practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. Passion for innovation, learning new technologies, and delivering high-quality software.
