Technician I, Maintenance

The candidate will be responsible for maintenance of production equipment and should be ready to work in shifts. This role also includes setting and executing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, setting up new machinery / new lines, keeping track of engineering spares. How Youll Help Us Connect the World: Responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment within their scope in optimal condition at all times Troubleshooting Electrical control systems, Usage & understanding of Industrial Equipment maintenance with latest techniques, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, pumps and motors. It includes carrying out tasks as follows Execute Preventive Maintenance as per schedule Breakdown support by diagnosing and repairing machinery Condition Monitoring & predictive maintenance Contribution to RCAs Record keeping through SAP work order system Spare parts Control Continuous Improvement Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs. Maintain 5S standards at workplace Required Qualifications for Consideration: BE/Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2+ years of minimum experience. Cable manufacturing equipment (Fiber & Copper), critical assembly operation. Should be ready to work in all 3 shifts following all Safety protocols. Proficient in Lock out tag out process. Preventive maintenance of continuous manufacturing equipment You Will Excite Us If You Have: Knowledge of SAP, SolidWorks, AutoCAD & Installation of industrial equipment.
