UI Designer

Job description We re looking for a UI Designer with a strong foundation in turning UX insights into high-quality interface designs that align with our design system. You ll play a central role in shaping the user experience across a suite of applications, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touch points. Role Responsibilities Skill level You have the ability to design and deliver output and artefacts suitable for enterprise-scale applications . Design Implementation Translate UX findings and wireframes into polished UI designs using Figma, following our established design system. Design System Ownership Take responsibility for maintaining and evolving our design system to meet product and user needs. Component Library Collaboration Work closely with UI developers to maintain and grow a shared component library, ensuring design-to-code alignment. Design Governance Act as a guardian of visual consistency across our full application suite, ensuring all products adhere to a cohesive design language. Cross-Functional Work Navigate a complex, fast-paced organisation with many stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and UX designers to bring designs to life. A strong team player who also works proactively and independently when needed, confidently taking ownership and leadership within your area of expertise. Very proficient in English , both spoken and written. Expert-level skills in Figma . Deep understanding and hands-on experience with design systems . Proven collaboration with front-end developers on component libraries and implementation. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. In-depth knowledge of Bootstrap and/or Foundation Working knowledge of SCSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript, and HTML . Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Experience working in complex, volatile environments with changing priorities. You are not afraid to do user-research.
