Responsibilities Lead and drive agency recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team of travel agents. Engage and activate agents to maximize their productivity and performance. Define and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets . Monitor and evaluate agent performance and engagement metrics, and implement improvement initiatives. Provide training, guidance, and support to travel agents to enhance their professional skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and positive customer experiences . Analyze market trends and competitor performance to refine strategies. Maintain and promote a customer-centric approach in all operational aspects. Requirements Graduate degree in any discipline. 3 to 6 years of experience in the travel or insurance industry, preferably with team leadership responsibilities. Familiarity with travel management software and tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
