HR Consultant - Talent & Learning

Job description Role Overview: Were looking for a high-energy HR Consultant Learning & Talent to lead and support central Talent & Learning initiatives. The role blends program execution, content creation, and data-driven reviews, with strong exposure to end-to-end people processes Key Responsibilities Design & create learning content using Instructional Design for digital/LXP platforms Lead planning and execution of org-wide Talent & Learning programs towards specific business outcome Build dashboards and analyse data for Talent, Learning & Performance to share insights with stakeholders Manage annual planning and budgets for assigned programs Support key HR processes across Talent, Learning, and Careers Engage with internal and external stakeholders for smooth delivery of programs & processes Qualifications: Graduate in any related field Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related disciplines 2 years in L&D or Talent Certifications in Instructional Design/psychometric or any other skill would be appreciated Preferred Skills - Strong in Program management & content development, hands on with data analysis & dashboarding, Excellent communication, ownership & execution focus, Creative, action oriented & comfortable with ambiguity This role is offered as a one-year consultancy engagement with Godrej Agrovet.
