Job description Job_Description":" This is a remote position. We are seeking a Specright Implementation Engineer to join ourteam. Responsibilities: Design and implement customer solutions, ensuring successful deployment for mid-market and enterprise clients. Define and document solution designs, user stories, and requirements, encompassing configuration, custom development, and data migration. Collaborate with Solution Data Architects and Project Managers to outline project scopes and deliverables. Advise customers on best practices in business transformation and process optimization during implementations. Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in comopany platform utilizing Salesforce admin functions. Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data. Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on Salesforce and industry standards. Requirements Over 3 years of experience, ideally within manufacturing or tech industries. Experience in SaaS, consumer goods, food & beverage, packaging, or supply chain sectors. Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple customer tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
