Job description Role Overview We are seeking a Plant Head to lead our Steel & GI Pipe Manufacturing unit at Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive and experienced in handling plant operations, workforce management, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring smooth production and operational efficiency. Lead manpower management, ensuring optimal workforce deployment and high productivity. Implement best practices in manufacturing, quality control, and safety compliance. Drive cost optimization while maintaining production quality and efficiency. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliances for plant operations. Collaborate with senior management to align plant objectives with business goals. Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and motivating teams. Handle plant administration, maintenance, and supply chain coordination. Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years in Pipe Manufacturing. (Iron & Steel Industries only). Leadership: Proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations & manpower. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of pipe production, process optimization & lean manufacturing. Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with industrial laws, safety regulations & quality standards.
