Job description * JOB DESCRIPTION:- 1. Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with the companys mission and growth objectives. 2. Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential risks to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 3. Oversee all company operations including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance. 4. Ensure optimal use of resources to maximize profitability, efficiency, and product quality. 5. Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, P&L, and funding requirements. 6. Ensure all products meet stringent regulatory and quality requirements across domestic and international markets. 7. Maintain strong oversight of GMP, ISO, HACCP, and other relevant certifications. 8. Promote ethical business practices, inclusivity, and a customer-first mindset. 9. Serve as the public face of the organization with key stakeholders including investors, media, and the health & wellness community. * Experience in nutraceuticals:- 1. Deep understanding of product development, regulatory frameworks, clinical validation, and consumer trends in the nutraceutical space. 2. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, scaling businesses, and launching science-backed products. 3.
