BTL Executive

Job description Role & responsibilities Plan and execute BTL campaigns including events, promotions, and activations to drive brand visibility and lead generation. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure integrated and effective campaign execution. Manage vendor relationships including event organizers, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality output. Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency. Track and report campaign performance using key metrics and insights to refine future strategies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or brand activations. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with campaign performance tracking tools.
