Job description Direct Responsibilities Mandatory - Project manager with fund accounting or investment banking Agile is Mandatory Technical & Behavioral Competencies 1. Overall 10-12 years experience with 5+ years into project management 2. Experience in an Information Technology & Change capacity in the Financial Services Industry 3. Experience in custody or back-office administration for the funds management industry. 4. Experience working in Agile Methods Project Manager 1. Understands BNPP project methodology and implements / manages the aspects relevant to their project. 2. Engages and Manages project stakeholders from an IT perspective. 3. Supports Feasibility and Discovery phases for projects likely to be executed by their squad. In particular: 4. Prepares estimates in collaboration with the squad. 5. Leads the ITSVC process with the CIO Office and BCM support. 6. Manages the ANZ IT sections in the ITSVC documentation. 7. Develops and maintains the delivery schedule built in collaboration with the squad and BCM. 8. Scrum Master 9. Provides participative and supportive Leadership for the squad. 10. Removes and escalates squad level impediments including skillset. 11. Protects the squad from external interruption. 12. Facilitate the team day to day workings such as leading the squad ceremonies and ensuring the board is up to date. 13.Contribute to continuously upskilling the squad by championing Agile, coaching and facilitating training opportunities. 14. Provides weekly reporting including burn downs and status per squad and Domain (if applicable) 15.
