Job description Role & responsibilities Record incoming payments (cheques, bank transfers, etc.) and update customer accounts. Reconcile receipts with outstanding invoices. Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts in a timely manner. Follow up on overdue payments through email, calls, and reminders. Maintain effective communication with customers to address payment queries and disputes.
