Job description Managing Fleet of Tanker/Bulk Carriers/Containers/Cruise liner and supporting to owners on day-to-day queries and assist for crew mobilization. Planning & execution of the crew changes. Monitoring crew changes in cost effective ways Liaise with Owners, Crew Directors, DPA and Fleet Managers for necessary approvals as per company policy. Follow up on planned crew approvals with dpa, Marine & Technical Managers (New Hires / ex hand crew) Planning of on leave ex-employees / seafarers and maintain the records. Recruitment of Indian Officers from Job Portals - as per Owners requirements Screening CV’s for overseas officers & completing initial checks. Arranging induction formalities as per company policy For Cruise vessel, Maintain rotation of crew on Cruise Liner and follow up with manning agencies, taking approval for crew change. Hiring candidates for cruise vessel via portals & with help of agencies. Screening of CV’s for Foreign national seafarers and arranging their recruitment & induction formalities Ensure to have an end-to-end process with respect to crew changes, monitor documentation team, support team & travel team to get job done. Co-ordinate with training department for in-house training. Monitoring vessels crew composition as per budgeted crew list Day to day communication with vessels Day to day communication with respective team members.
