Key responsibilities & accountabilities: Program Scaling & Business Strategy: Develop strategic plans toscale and enhance Deshpande Skilling s programs effectively. Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth researchto understand beneficiary needs and study industry best practicesfor continuous improvement of the programs. Quality Assurance: Establish and implement holistic qualitycontrol systems for skill development programs to ensureimpactful learning and outcomes. Key Competency and skills Analytical strategist with experience in business planning, marketresearch, and program evaluation. Outstanding communication and presentation skills Fluency in English; basic Hindi required; Kannada is a plus. Ability to work across departments.
