Job description Position Summary: You will be responsible for Facility Management end to end like Facilities, Operations and Property Management for Residential. You must coordinate with all management levels to implement the Building Facility Plan for smooth functioning. Minimum Requirements: Graduate with 15+ years of relevant experience in Facilities, Operations and Property Management preferably from a real estate / Infrastructure industry. Relationship management & negotiation skills internal and external agencies. Knowledge of projects, liaison and support AVP RCS (HFM) in completing the comprehensive/As-Prudent Full and Final Settlements with society/ Association/ Company/ Condominium. Key Responsibilities: The End-to-End responsibility in FM consists of: Transition. Operations. Handover. Operational excellence is defined as High customer satisfaction, Cost-effective operations, prevention of complaints, prompt recoveries, doing the needful to prepare and present the accounts on time, and a comprehensive handover to customer bodies/societies. To contribute to developing & implementing new SOPs/modifying the existing SOPs/FM manual To ensure working out of CAM for all properties and updates therein To monitor, Supervise and control the FM operations at various sites headed by the respective FM-In-Charge for ground-level maintenance. To make sure that all AMCs are renewed on time, payments are released on time to vendors.
