Job description Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing original clothing designs that align with current fashion trends and brand identity. This role involves research, sketching, selecting fabrics, and overseeing the production of prototypes and final pieces. Key Responsibilities: Research fashion trends, colors, and market demands. Develop seasonal collections and individual clothing pieces. Create sketches, tech packs, and digital renderings. Select appropriate fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims. Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and the production team. Attend fittings and provide feedback to refine garment designs. Ensure final products align with quality, cost, and production timelines. Present design ideas to creative directors and/or clients. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor products.
