Job description Experience: 1 Year- 3 Years Job Description The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on driving sales and brand awareness. This role combines analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to develop scalable and efficient campaign structures. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms Perform daily account management, monitor performance, and adjust bids for better efficiency Strategy Development: Create paid media strategies to enhance visibility, drive quality traffic, and generate leads Continuously test ads, keywords, and bid strategies to improve performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign outcomes and refine strategies to ensure high ROI Provide weekly/monthly reports covering key metrics, performance goals, and budget tracking Budget Management: Efficiently manage allocated budgets across campaigns Monitor spend and optimize for the best returns Collaboration: Work with content, design, and product teams to produce effective ad creatives and landing pages Align with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing Proven expertise in Google Ads (PPC), Shopping Ads, and Meta Ads Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Google Ads Certification and Meta Certification preferred Experience with bid management tools is a plus.
