Job description Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex Tibco applications using BW (BusinessWorks) and EMS (Enterprise Messaging Services). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs. Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, security, and data integrity in a fast-paced environment. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of technical documentation. Job Requirements : 4-12 years of experience in developing Tibco applications on BW/EMS platform. Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.
