What youll do: Sapiens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance & Load Testing Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance tests while collaborating closely with cross-development teams to ensure the applications performance. Define and implement a comprehensive performance testing strategy for Sapiens applications. Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance testing scenarios using various tools and scripting languages. Write and execute complex database queries to extract and analyze performance and data populations metrics. Perform in-depth root cause analysis of performance issues. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, suggesting effective tuning and remediation strategies. Collaborate closely with project teams, developers, and customers to ensure performance objectives are met and findings are effectively communicated. Generate and present detailed performance summary reports to key stakeholders. Deploy, monitor, and analyze application performance using APM tools such as Dynatrace. Work closely with development teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle and improve system efficiency. What to Have for this position: Must have Skills: - Pre-Requisites: BSc in computer science or equivalent. 5+ years experience as a performance engineer. 5+ years experience with the Load/Performance testing tool. 4+ years experience with web technologies and architecture. Experience in SQL/Oracle database. Proven basic experience with Java or any other programming language. Experience with Linux platforms including monitoring. Experience with profiling tools like Dynatrace, Your Kit Required Skills: Capable of working independently, highly motivated, and organized. Strong hands-on technical skills, with the ability to deep-dive into performance issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Proficiency in executing SQL queries to extract performance-related data. Ability to conduct detailed root cause analysis for performance issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and ownership. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently.
