Job description Role : Azure Technical Architect Location : Canada, Pune, Bangalore Who are we looking for? A Cloud architect for a critical transformational program. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure tailored to business requirements. Lead cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders including application developers, DevOps teams, data engineers, and security teams. Develop architecture blueprints, reference models, and design patterns. Ensure Azure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization standards. Guide development and implementation teams during project execution. Define governance, standards, and best practices for Azure environments. Provide technical leadership in workshops, architecture reviews, and project planning sessions. Stay up to date with Azure services, features, and capabilities; assess impact on enterprise architecture. Technical Skills: 15+ years of experience in IT Industry with track record as Cloud, Hybrid, Datacenter and Migration Must have expertise and experience in multiple cloud platforms ( AWS/Azure/GCP) Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting Leverage end to end services in datacenter and cloud transformation projects Build processes and automation using - Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Design complex business requirements to innovative cloud first solutions Knowledge of Network, Security architecture and processes Perform environmental analysis to identify architectural improvement opportunities. Work on complex/long running issues or projects. Ability to creates, contributes, and implement best practices in Cloud Operations. Detailed expertise in operations activities (i.e. Patch Mgt., Migrations, Upgrades, Assessments etc.) Process Skills: Should have led at least 2-3 large size transformational projects as technology architect. Performed consultative engagements independently like environmental assessments/estate wide remediation plan. Has exposure to pre-sales support and capability building activities. Keeping abreast of industry trends, technology innovation, and changing customer requirements to help with the continual service improvement. Behavioral Skills : Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills. Certification: B. E / B. Tech in Electronics/Telecommunications computer science or equivalent degree in IT related field.
