Job description Summary: We are hiring a Java Microservices Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience for a full-time position in Pune or Bangalore with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development expertise, microservices architecture knowledge, and hands-on experience with modern cloud and DevOps technologies. Skills Required: Experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable microservices-based applications. Strong programming background with clean code practices and logical problem-solving skills. Proficient in using modern Java features and enhancements introduced in Java 21. Hands-on experience in developing production-ready applications using Spring Boot. Familiarity with Spring Cloud components for distributed system development. Knowledge of API gateway configuration, routing, and traffic management using Spring Gateway. Expertise in using Java Persistence API (JPA) for ORM and database integration. Understanding of security principles and implementing authentication/authorization in applications using Spring Security Library. Proficient in using Maven for project build and dependency management. Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment workflows. Containerization of applications using Docker for development and deployment. Exposure to deploying and managing applications on the Cloud OpenShift platform. Knowledge of deploying and managing services on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Basic to intermediate experience in using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for application hosting. Strong understanding of SQL concepts and working with relational databases. Experience working with Oracle databases for enterprise-grade solutions. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for scalable data management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
