Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on schedule. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud.- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- Experience with integration of Salesforce with other platforms.- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Data.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
