Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with teams, and making key decisions to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure timely delivery of projects- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA- Hans-on experience in ABAP on private Cloud with Clean Core development.- Hands-on experience in RAP(Managed & UnManaged), Standard FIORI App Extension, standard CDS Extension, Standard O-Data Extension, CDS creation, AMDP, Custom BO creation, Flexible Workflows, Adobe Form, O-Data, PROXY, SOAMANAGER, Webservices.- Should be able to search for standard APIs and provide the feasibility check to meet the client requirement. Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization.- Experience in developing and optimizing ABAP code for performance.- Good To Have Skills: - Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
