Candidates should Provide Technical support to technical team members with 70% of hands-on development and 30% of People management. Working closely with Technical Architects at onshore/offshore , Developers, DevOps, Engineers and Managers. Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines. Overseeing the development cycle Reviewing code. Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects. Ensuring the sprint deliverables and releases in accordance with Agile methodologies. What to Have for this position: Must have Skills:- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field Minimum of 8+ years of experience working through software development life cycle primarily focusing on development Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of programming languages like Java 8 & above, Spring, spring boot, Spring data JPA/Hibernate, Spring batch, Spring JMS ,Spring REST, Wildfly , Oracle/MSSQL 2 years of relevant experience in leading team technically. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Strong communication skills Ability to deal with pressure and perform multitask. Good leadership skills Knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies. Awareness about the best industry practices Highly accurate and logical Product development experience is an added advantage. Knowledge on docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage.
