Executive - UI/UX

Job description KPMG India is looking for Executive - UI/UX to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. A UI/UX Executive is responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for software applications and websites. Responsibilities : 1. User Research : The UI/UX Designer conducts user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and to gather feedback on existing designs. 2. Designing User Interfaces : The UI/UX Designer creates wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for software applications and websites, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. 3. Creating User Flows : The UI/UX Designer creates user flows and maps out the user journey, ensuring that users can easily navigate and interact with the interface. 4. Conducting Usability Testing : The UI/UX Designer conducts usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement. 5. Creating Design Guidelines : The UI/UX Designer creates design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across different products and platforms. Requirements : 1. Experience in user research, user interface design, and user experience design. 2. Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. 3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. 4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem - solving skills. 5. Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies. 6. A strong portfolio showcasing design work that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills.
