Job description Role & responsibilities ServiceDesk Engineer Your Team L1 ServiceDesk Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities) Serving as the first point of contact for customers, seeking technical assistance over the phone or email on shift basis (24/7 Support Operations) Taking ownership of customer issue and performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Incident Management through IT Service desk (ServiceNow) Incident Assigning & Categorization, Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Provide accurate information on services to customers. Follow-up and update customer status and information Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. Incident management and ServiceDesk process understanding. Application Support- Providing solutions for Applications and software troubleshooting.
