Job description Back Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and Security Operations Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategies Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of ServiceNow instances Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and releases Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow development standards and best practices Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including its underlying technologies and best practices Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e g , JavaScript, GlideRecord) Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other systems Strong understanding of ITIL framework Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers ServiceNow certifications (e g , Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable Benefits Opportunities for professional development and growth Collaborative and supportive work environment Role: Technical Architect Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills itil frameworkpresentation skillsjavascriptservicenowitil restcssweb servicescmdbui policyservice catalogproblem managementajaxjavagliderecorditsmincident managementitomhtmlcsmservicenow developmentsoapclient scripts
