Job description Job Title - Salesforce Developer Roles & Responsibilities - Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development Flow Management: Maintain and enhance the Opportunity Management flow, ensuring proper actions trigger when certain criteria are met. Develop and refine Screen Flows (e.g., creating new opportunities, inbound call handling, post-deployment questionnaires, and discovery questions for contacts). Process Modernization: Migrate remaining Classic processes to Lightning, including Proof of Concept, Project Registration, and Campaign processes. Advanced Customization & Coding: Implement and maintain custom APEX code, supporting additional projects and functionality as business needs evolve. Launch and maintain the CRM-A analytics to provide further insight for sales leaders. User Management: Manage new and departing user setup, licensing, and permissions. Provide user training and support to maximize adoption and adherence to best practices. System Maintenance & Improvements: Proactively monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Project Management & Collaboration Project Planning & Execution: Serve as project manager for Salesforce-related initiatives, planning tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery. Communicate progress, roadblocks, and priorities effectively to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations, marketing, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Coordinate with external consultants or vendors when necessary. Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate initiative by suggesting process improvements after understanding business workflows and objectives. Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices to drive ongoing optimization. Must have 2 years of Salesforce experience 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience. Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, Security/Permissions, etc.). Experience with APEX, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations. Excellent data management skills with a focus on data hygiene, duplicates, and best practices. Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to translate business needs into technical requirements. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
