Job description Role & responsibilities Hands-on experience in POS support Proficiency in Java and PL/SQL Strong knowledge of WebLogic Application Server and its administration Application incident handling experience Familiarity with ITIL best practices Excellent customer management and communication skills Preferred candidate profile Excellent customer management skills to interact with clients, understand requirements, and provide effective solutions. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Point of Sale application for retail operations. Experience with Oracle Xstore POS and Dynamix applications for efficient point of sale operations.
